For over 30 years, I’ve worked in senior roles with one of the world’s most respected publishers, building and leading successful teams in the UK and across global markets.
That experience gives me a practical understanding of leadership, decision-making, and delivering results in fast-moving, constantly changing environments. It also brings an appreciation of the wider context—how work and home life intersect, and the pressures that come with balancing both.
I now work as a coach and group facilitator, offering a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what really matters. I work with people at points of transition—senior professionals, leaders, and those navigating change in their working lives or beginning to move beyond the world of work—supporting thoughtful, practical change with clarity and direction.
My approach is evidence-based and not tied to a single model or fixed method. I draw on a range of perspectives depending on what’s needed, shaped by my training and experience in coaching and mindfulness.
A key part of the work is creating the conditions to slow things down—so you can step back, reflect, and make more considered decisions. This often includes mindfulness-based approaches, helping you notice patterns in how you think, where your attention goes, and how you respond.
At its core, the work is about making sense of where you are, seeing things more clearly, and moving forward in a way that feels practical and sustainable. It can be challenging at times—this is real work—but there’s also room for humour, curiosity, and creativity, which often help to open things up, shift perspective, and make change feel more possible and more human.
I offer a free initial conversation—a chance to talk things through, get a feel for how I work, and see whether coaching would be useful for you.
